HIIT is an interval-based class that combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body. It will help improve your endurance and purge your body (and mind and soul) OF THE YUCKY STUFF !  This style of exercise helps to burn calories efficiently and quickly by starting with burning your sugar reservoirs first then moves to fat burning all within a one hour workout!   

Pilates Melt

Medium Cardio / Medium Impact / Offers Higher and Lower Level Modifications

This class infuses high energy music, full body medium-high impact workout moves with low-impact cardio and projects you to a leaner and more toned stomach, booty, arms and legs. You will use stretch bands, light weights, sliders, your own body weight and sheer gravity to achieve awesome results! 

You will finish up with restorative yoga stretching which brings your tight muscles into a refreshed and relaxed mode before you leave. You will burn calories, sweat and leave you with a great feeling of accomplishment!

Infuse Fit

High Cardio / Medium – High Impact / Offers Lower Level Modifications

Want to be BEACH READY or increase your endurance?  If so, then Infuse Fitis the way to go!

Infuse Fitis a class that combines HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) with Tabata training.  While charged music fills the room you will focus on maximum effort exercise over short periods of time; all the while burning lots of calories with a full-body workout. This class will improve your athletic performance, glucose metabolism, and ultimately burn fat and build muscle.

HIIT is one of the most effective and well known styles of training that promotes burning calories for hours after your workout is over. Tabata is a form of HIIT that consists of rounds of Ultra High Intensity exercises for 20 seconds “on” followed by 10 seconds “off”. You will do high intense exercise and end with some fun aerobic fitness.

The benefits of Tabata training is ultimately obliterating Fat by burning more calories per minute than traditional cardio.  It helps improve bone mass density, ramps up post-workout calorie burn, doubles your metabolic rate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

So, get your sweat on, move a lot, get stronger, melt fat and be healthy!

NEW TO YOGA AND WANT TO KNOW MORE?

Are you ready to burn tons of calories and sweat a lot with this powerful class?  Power Vinyasa Yoga is FOR EVERY MALE, FEMALE , EVERY AGE AND FITNESS LEVEL!  This style of yoga is an active and athletic style that is adapted from the traditional ashtanga system to appeal to aerobic-crazed Westerners and focuses on building strength while becoming more flexible.

"Power Vinyasa Yoga" includes Vinyasa yoga (also known as "FLOW" ) and practices a more fast-paced intense style of yoga (similar to a yoga practice called Ashtanga).  You will work through a series of poses flowing with constant movement from one pose to the next, synchronizing your breath with each pose. Your instructor will go over the poses with the students before the class and instruct how to position your body as a beginner or to get the maximum benefit as an advanced yoga student.  

Great to RESTORE YOUR BODY after a hard work out! QUIET & SIMPLE BUT NOT EASY. YOU WILL WORK HARD UP TO THE END THEN MOVE INTO BEING ENERGIZED AND RELAXED.
